Transaction account

All full age citizens of the Republic of Macedonia have the right to open a transaction account. Non-residents can also open a transaction account and it is subject of regulation for maintaining and operating the accounts of non-residents. For persons who are minors it is required the presence and identification of parent or guardian.

Requirement for opening a transaction account is submitting an application for opening a transaction account and presenting a valid identification document of which the Bank keeps a copy.

Residents may dispose with the assets of his transaction account at any time through the Visa and Maestro brand debit card as well as through e-banking service.

Residents which are on their full age , which realize income from regular employment, from performing a free professional activity and income based on a retirement, with personal payment and delivery of the collateral and/or guarantors are entitled to submit a request for approval of the transaction account overdraft.
